Are there any websites that we cannot build?

We can build just about anything!
There is just about one type we cannot make. We cannot create dating platforms or sites that have public interacting with each other, or public creating their own profile. Uber, Facebook, Tinder, we cannot do something like this
Example: they can have a dating site where they math people and give them Contact info, but cannot contact with each other through website.
